Dr. Jessica Burke Browman ND uses a wide range of complementary services and laboratory testing to help achieve and maintain her patient's goals. 

ACUPUNCTURE: The use of fine needles to initiate physiological change in the body. Acupunture may be performed from a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) perspective, or a Western Medicine protocol. Acupuncture is proven to be effective for a wide variety of health concerns including, but not limited to, allergies, arthritis, fertility, musculoskeletal injuries, anxiety and depression, digestive disorders, and weight loss. 

NUTRITIONAL COUNSELING: Clinical Nutrition examines the relationship between diet and health. Food choices can have a significant impact on our health.  By completing a one week diet diary, Dr. Burke Browman can create a personalized diet plan, which may include the use of vitamins, minerals, digestive enzymes, and other appropriate nutraceuticals.

HERBAL MEDICINE: Herbs, also know as botanicals, can play a significant role in health. They may act as a substitute, or work complementary to current medication. Although natural, herbs can have dangerous side effects, and may not be suitable when taking certain prescribed medications. Dr. Burke Browman will provide expert advice, and ensure that a safe protocol is followed.

LIFESTYLE COUNSELING: Dr. Burke Browman is able to take into account mental and physical health, diet, and lifestyle to create an individualized treatment plan to meet your specific goals. Lifestyle counseling is beneficial for the treatment of weight loss, smoking cessation, or any other concern you may have.

COSMETIC ACUPUNCTURE: Dr. Burke Browman has completed additional certification to perform cosmetic acupuncture, the 'non-surgical' facelift. Through a series of 10 sessions, tiny needles are used to help minimize fine lines, wrinkles, and blood vessels.

DIAGNOSTIC TESTING: Dr. Burke Browman uses science-based tests from several reputable Canadian and American laboratories to further evaluate her patients state of health.  Common tests include hair/mineral analysis, food allergy testing, and hormone panels.
